• Account & profile: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, password hashes, avatars, role (agent/owner/seeker).
• KYC / verification (where required): national ID, agent license, proof of address, selfie/face match (if used), timestamps and reviewer IDs.
• Listings & content: property details, media (photos/videos/floor plans), descriptions, prices, locations, availability, comments/reviews.
• Usage & device: app version, device/OS, browser, language, time zone, IP address, crash logs, security/fraud logs.
• Communications: messages with agents/owners, support requests, notification preferences, push tokens and delivery status.
• Payments: transaction status, amount, currency, masked references and provider metadata. We do not store full card numbers or mobile-money PINs.
• Location (optional): if enabled, approximate/precise location to improve search and suggestions.

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to request deletion.
